 <description>&lt;p&gt;Applications for Merchant Accounts are a seemingly simple and straight forward process...right? &amp;nbsp;Well, yes and no. &amp;nbsp;The process of filling out the application is simple, you provide the requested information and wait for approval (and rates) or denial of the application. The confusing piece of merchant accounts is the reasoning behind the decision on the account, this process is called Underwriting.&lt;br /&gt;
